Quantile Project Management assisted the Gen Two and Constructive Bio teams to develop a site in the Cambridge area which included a complete elevational reclad, new roof installed and a CAT A & CAT B to a laboratory grade
Gen Two are a team of developers who had acquired the new building in Wittlseford (Cambridge) and were looking to remove the dilapidated fit out and to refresh the building with a new cladding system and roof
Gen Two also wanted to provide a CAT B laboratory fit out on behalf of a tenant (Constructive Bio) they had recently acquired
Quantile Project Management assisted the Gen Two and Constructive Bio teams to develop a site in the Cambridge area which included a complete elevational reclad, new roof installed and a CAT A & CAT B to a laboratory grade

Gen Two are a leading developer who are expanding their laboratory portfolio and were seeking an experienced project management team who could undertake the employers agent and contract administration roles required as part of their lending criteria
Quantile were also engaged to review the designs and costs that had been agreed with the contractors and to ensure they were to an acceptable level and to engage and negotiate the contract
Gen Two had also signed a tenant to the space, and as part of the deal were to fit the space out to a laboratory CAT B standard. Quintile role was to also ensure that the CAT B design was coordinated with the tenant and sat within the remit of the development agreement
