Kinetico planned to relocate from their existing offices in Twickenham to a newly refurbished 7,500 sq ft CAT A space at Lotus Park in Staines.
The challenge was to create a new exciting sales office which included an engineering training facility and the remainder of the space to have a blend of a strong corporate office with a relaxed residential vibe to include a showcase sales suite for customers.

Kinetico are a global company which specialises in water softeners, and water treatment systems who wanted to create a sales and showcase suite in the UK for their products.
This space was also to include an education and training centre for their engineers.

Quantile Project Management were engaged to provide an acquisition support role, developing a business case and surveying the shortlisted properties alongside the commercial agent team.
This role extended to the management of a tender and value engineering process with the shortlisted fit out contractors.
After the appointment of a preferred fit out partner, we worked alongside all parties to deliver a beautiful and successful project.
